Public bug reported:

Mahara users who are not on the same Mahara instance are often
interested in templates from users that are not on their instance. They
can ask the owners to make a Leap2A export and then receive that via
email.

It would be nicer if it were possible to have a "Copy button" that
instead of copying the portfolio (page or collection) into your account
(since you don't have one), creates a Leap2A export file that you can
download and then import into your own instance.
