On the Mahara Barcamp 2014 users expressed the wish to be able to change
the shortcut-blocktypes that are displayed above the categories
(currently Text and Image), maybe even be able to rearrange them with
drag and drop. The users argued that different users have different
habits for building pages and thus different preferred blocktypes that
they use mostly/all the time.
