[Bug 921241] Re: Show if a user is suspended or not on /admin/users/search.php

Instead of a check box indicator, an icon / color background might be a
better choice.

Title:
Show if a user is suspended or not on /admin/users/search.php

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:
  Triaged

Bug description:
When you are on the users overview page /admin/users/search.php in the
administration (no matter whether site admin or institution admin), it
would be good to have an indicator when an account has been suspended.
This could be a simple check box.

I know that you can go to the "Suspended users" page and see all
suspended accounts, but sometimes it is good to see the accounts in
context. For example, if a user has two accounts and you can't
remember which one was suspended but need to see the email address as
well, you won't get that information from the accounts page or the
  suspended user list.

I don't mean to add many more columns or the suspension reason. Just
that a user is suspended for a quick overview when doing an account
  audit.
