Public bug reported:

Sometimes it's good to know for an admin when an account was created
instead of just to see the current date in the account expiry setting on
the accounts page. This may help to see for how long a user has already
been on the site.

It will also be a nice bit of information for a user to see for how long
they've already had their portfolio. That's why I'm proposing to display
the user's account creation date on both /admin/users/edit.php as well
as https://mahara.org/account/index.php
