Public bug reported:

The Mahara users manual says that a new window is opened when users
click on the button "New entry" in the "Recent entries" bloc during the
edition of a portfolio page.

Instead, the current page is reloaded and the form to create a new entry
is displayed.

According to what the manual says, a new windows should be created
instead of changing the content of the current one.
