Public bug reported:

The Mahara users manual says that a new window is opened when users
click on the link "Manage all notes content" in the "Notes" bloc when
adding a copy of an already used note.

Instead, the current page is reloaded (losing all changes - Ok there is
a warning but still) and a page with all the notes displayed.

According to what the manual says, a new windows should be created
instead of changing the content of the current one.
