Thanks, dajan. I need to update the user manual. Due to security issues
around target="_blank" we removed that option a couple of security
versions ago.

Title:
  A new window is not opened when adding an article to a journal from
  *Recent entries* bloc

Status in Mahara user manual:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  The Mahara users manual says that a new window is opened when users
  click on the button "New entry" in the "Recent entries" bloc during
  the edition of a portfolio page.

  Instead, the current page is reloaded and the form to create a new
  entry is displayed.

  According to what the manual says, a new windows should be created
  instead of changing the content of the current one.
