[Bug 1804750] [NEW] Behat: User self delete requires current password

BEHAT SCRIPT : Create Script for feature file ->user_self_delete.feature

SUMMARY: There is currently no script for self deleting user to enter a
password

Requirements: 
1. When delete account button is pressed then user redirected to "Delete account of <user first & last name><username>" page
2. Detete account message is displayed
3. "Current password *" field is displayed 
4. When user enters current password and clicks "Delete account" then account is deleted and success message is displayed
