  Resume section: second file dropzone not visible due to repeated ids

Bug description:
  In the 'education' and 'employment' sections

  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Add a new entry under 'education'
  2. Click 'Add a file' - see that the file dropzone is visible
  2. Save the entry
  3. Add a second entry to 'education'
  4. Click 'Add a file' - here you'll see the file dropzone is not visible

  Reloading the page fixes this problem.
