and to make it clear:

somebody who repspondes with errors that "ExecStart=/etc/init.d/mariadb
start" failed after get a native unit with a proper ExecStart-line
pointing to the mysqld-binary is *really* not expected to understand
advanced unit-options - this is not arrogance, this is common sense
