[Bug 692493] [NEW] Mplayer unable to seek during makemkv http streams

Public bug reported:

Makemkv (makemkv.com) creates a mkv http stream from BD or DVD discs.
When connecting to these streams using mplayer (mplayer
http://localhost:51000/stream/title0.ts) mplayer is unable to seek. Any
attempt to seek and mplayer will report 'the stream is not seekable' and
quite often will hang. VLC can seek ok on the same stream.
