This is not a bug.  The zip file is the current RELEASED version.  The ones
in the trunk are the current DEVELOPMENT version.

You should be creating the CDD against the RELEASED version.  Then any bugs
found in the schemas would be reported against the trunk so they can be
corrected for the next release.

Make sense?
