Hi All,

This tool has been updated to include an example of a CareEntry with a
Cluster.  This is important because it is the basis for more complex
CCDs than the simple ones from data models.

There is also a specific cluster-example folder included.  Although
this CCD was not created by this tool.  It does help explain how to
manually build CCDs with Clusters.
