I've had multiple official shipit CDs cause issue for me. Rarely have
I had issues with my own self-burned CDs. Then again I rarely burn my
own because I tend to have shipit CDs kicking around, or I use a USB
stick.


For what its worth: I've given out about a hundred shipit DVDs and many hundreds of self-burne. Never had a report of a problem with the shipits but about a ninth of the self-burned were bad.
