I think a good and cool solution it's a Bubble solution.. I've modified the screen attached and make a very simple mockup.. The bubble must be for every windows show in the Expose, I've only make one bubble, but they must be in all windows...

It's better than a Compiz Plugins solution, I think... Don't you?
