Fwd: rationale behind posdir construction

 

That reply should have gone to the list, sorry about that.
Does anybody object to removing the code? It would make mylvmbackup
require to work with LVMv2 only, but I would assume that's not a problem
nowadays.

I'd be inclined to accept it. Or does anybody on this list have a strong
opinion about keeping this construct? It would certainly make the code a
bit more readable.
