Binary package hint: nuvexport

Over the last few releases it hasn't been getting the maintenance that
it needs due to other priorities.  So we'd like to request it removed
from the archive.  Anyone who would like to use it we will be pointing
to SVN (since upstream doesn't do "releases" for it anyway).
