[Bug 520840] [NEW] xfce4-settings shouldn't recommend xfce4-volumed

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xfce4-settings

Previously, bug 386589 was opened to have xfce4-volumed replace aumix in
the xfce4-settings recommends. It's come to our attention that
xfce4-volumed isn't always an attractive solution to be using on
Mythbuntu boxes because the OSD shows up ANYTIME the volume is modified
rather than only when hotkeys are pressed.

I'd like to propose that it be dropped from the recommends of
xfce4-settings and instead be put in the recommends for xubuntu-desktop.
There are no control applets for volume that I can see in xfce4-settings
anyway.
