Public bug reported:

Mythweb shows a scheduled recording at 3:55 AM for 10 minutes. Myth front end also shows this to be recorded from 3:55AM to 4:05 AM, also 10 minutes.
The schedule shows that the show should start at 3:00 AM and run until 4:00 AM, an hour. This show happens to be on the day of the switch to daylight savings time.
Attached is a screen shot for mythweb.
So, MythTV is not handling daylight savings time correctly.

I also have this system set up to automatically power up before
recording. I have had two previous systems (both windows, two different
manufacturers of HDTV card) that would power up for recordings, and they
both screwed up daylight savings time every time, so I know to look for
this.

This is the latest version of mythTV. I tested the HDHomerun config for
someone and they had me switch to automatically update to the nightly
build of MythTV so I could test it, but did not tell me how to switch
back. I don't know how to get the actual build number.
