[Bug 592052] [NEW] User job for mythexport does not run

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mythexport

The user job created by mythexport will not be executed by mythtv, as
the save_userjob.cgi does not insert the full path into the settings
table.

I have checked with /proc that the PATH environment variable does
contain /usr/bin, but mythtv seems to require a full path to the binary
for user jobs.

This bug essentially breaks mythexport on Lucid. A patch is attached.
