To detect insertion & removal of media such as usb key disks and memory
sticks, mythfrontend listens on the FIFO /tmp/myth-tv.  However, package
installation doesn't add the required udev scripts,
/etc/udev/rules.d/mythtv.rules &
/etc/udev/scripts/mythtv_udev_monitor.sh.  See:
