I agree with your reasoning, Leigh. The Debugging Dpkg
problems<http://shearer.org/Debugging_Dpkg_Problems> should
be moved to the Helpful Links <https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Links>
 pages.
The other two are kind of tricky, if we take Geoff's arguments into
account, I can see a reason for keeping them, but to be honest I'm with
Leigh on this and I think they should be dropped completely from NewDocs
since they're not at related to NewDocs's aim. Perhaps the team could vote
on a final decision.

Below are pages that are candidates to be moved to
ToBeReviewed<https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ToBeReviewed>unless
anyone thinks otherwise for any of them.

Besides the DeletingFiles
<https://help.ubuntu.com/community/DeletingFiles> page,
which I think should be kept because its contents are correct since there
wasn't no changes in those CLI commands, all the others should be moved to
ToBeReviewed <https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ToBeReviewed>.

Agree on all. Like Geoff I also don't have the slightest idea from where
that Debian page come from.

UBUNTU VERSIONS NO LONGER SUPPORTED: none, but see below.

Yes, Leigh. No doubts about those, also.
