I published a lot of video from the Halloween party at the end of UDS:

You can play the 450p clips through the webpage, download the 1080p
clips.  I actually generated the webpage by pulling stuff out of the
dmedia CouchDB database, plus some manual hackery to get this up
quickly.  Easy web publishing is a big priority for us (including
having dmedia do the transcoding to produce versions in different
resolutions, formats).

What do people think about using 450p (800x450) as the preview size?
Is that a bit large on smaller screens?  Would 360p (640x360) be
better?
