Re: proposal to discuss forking of OpenERP GTK client
I agree with GTK client still needed us. There is a lot's of advantage
features in GTK client.
Now a day 6.1 web client having some problem in user friendly requirement.
For example user when using gtk client they can work on many tabs easily.
If user using some filters on any search view and switch to form view of
selected record. They want to open new tab. But it's not possible.
Because web client they all redirect action, http request action has
handled with javascripts. Another one problem is timezone issues.
I think if the web client becomes more stable, more user friendly and more
faster then gtk client can be needless.
