IMO, also considering this kind of incompatibilities i can't see why
those modules cannot be placed in the openerp-manufacturing project.
would be nice to have an official way to manage incompatibilities (do we
have one?) but a warning in the description should be enough.
there are a lot of incompatibilities among official modules too, so this
is not a real problem.
