Hello, I am trying to run odoo.py commands according to 
https://www.odoo.com/documentation/8.0/howtos/backend.html in Odoo 7 
over Windows XP but I can't found where run this commands...

I didn't install Odoo 8 because I get errores when I try to run it...

How can I do that? Thanks!
