Hello experts!

We encountered the following issues setting up accounting system

* missing approbation of the (accounting) system by an acknowledged audit 
company
** I refer to the recent discussion about decimal versus float as well as the 
necessary functional test ( OpenScenario / Yaml etc discussion)
** IMHO this is a major issue in the marketing process

* accounting should require a minimum audit trail installed
** may be realized as a module "accounting with audit" which installs 
accounting and audit + audit rules for certain tables, 
** this is probably necessary for an approbation.
** for an integrator it is a must to document changes of master and reference 
data

* missing guidelines setting up the opening balance(s) - 
IMHO should be a separate chapter in "Open ERP Book"
** general ledger
** unreconciled invoices
and for sales/purchase/stock
** stock - inventory
** open orders
** open pickings
