One thing which I miss is a wiki or any other community editable
document where all the suggestions (which are distributed over many
pages) are listed with a status

* approved by the community
* approved by OpenERP
* assigned + Milestone
* in progress ()
* done

Currently every document has a different layout although most
documents are "mirrored" activities used for sales, purchase, internal
processes.
For enhanced usability it is necessary to have a unified layout (as
already proposed during community says) to allow quick orientation in
every form
I suggest to have 6 columns
All Partner, Address, Account, Product, Variants (long names) etc
should have colspan=4 to allow complete display of the name
