Hi Antony,

sorry to steal this thread, but it looks like something went terribly 
wrong there.

Look at the bzr log for base_module_record([1]) .Latest change is from 
2010-05-06. Latest change for this module in openobject-addons/6.1 is 
from 2012-02-09. Amongst these changes are substantial improvements, 
such as the migration from the old wizard interface to osv_memory (see 
[2] and [3]).
