Thank you Jan for your explanation. You are right I did not understand your
point.
I think It would be not very difficult including such a functionality. Only
a new check on each line of BOM to define if material will be consumed
manually or automatically. Then... all materials set as automatical or
"back-flushing" on bom, will make automatical movements on "produce" button.
There could be operations where you need back-flushing materials but also
manually set materials so it would be covered like this.

About operations time... mmm... I see this point a little bit more
confusing. One proposal could be including a "generic" time line for cost
that would be automatically taken from stimated time, for instance on
finishing the operation. But if operators are including manual times... it
could be possible obtaining wrong reports (two times included?) I don't know
if I'm explaining good. Sorry for my english.

As I said, it would be cool discusing all this points next week in Belgium
during coffee breaks for instance!! :)
