On OpenERP 6.1, in the web client when I create a new marketing campaign
and try to add a new activity, I have to first save the campaign.

--> The campaign should be saved when trying to create a new activity
(as in Sales Order when we want to add new sales order lines)

If I save the campaign, I can add a first activity BUT... when I want to
define a second one that has for incoming activity the first one, it is
impossible.

I have to save my second activity, save my campaign. Then I should go
back to editing mode for my campaign, go to edit my activity to define
the incoming activity.

--> It should be possible to do this without having to save everything
one time and reedit the elements.


Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new marketing campaign
- Add a new activity without saving the campaign
--> Problem!

- Save the campaign
- Add once again the activity
--> It works

- Add a second activity
- Define the first activity as incoming activity of the second activity
--> Problem!
