I've a product P1 with standard BoM with three components (Compo1,
Compo2, P2). The component P2 is a phantom BoM with two components
(Compo3, Compo4).

If I make a manufacturing order for P1, in the 'Products to consume'
list, I've three line, one for Compo1, one for Compo2 and one for P2.
There is an issue of this last line. P2 is defined as a phantom BoM, so
the line of P2 must be replace by two lines (one for Compo3 and one for
Compo4).
