Public bug reported:

I am setting up a database for multiple companies.

I create the two companies.  Then I go in to the wizard through "New
Company Financial Setting" and choose a chart for company A.

I change the company for the user to company B.  I then go in to the
same wizard, and choose a different chart of accounts for company B - it
sets up company B  with whatever was chosen for company A.

How can I choose a different chart for company B?
