When you have multiple locations you need to see where you have stock,
or by location. If I have 0 quantity in a stock location it should not
display this location on stock by location form. If I have several
hundred stock locations and I only have quantity in 1 or two locations,
it is nearly impossible to get this information. This is a critical
reporting feature for any business that manages stock in locations and
the current reporting functionality is not sufficient

it should not show the location if the quantity = 0
