When creating a journal entry it should be possible to enter the
currency and amount_currency field on a line (journal item) and the
system should automatically calculate the debit/credit value using the
exchange rate for the journal entry date. This does not work. The system
leaves the user to manually calculate the company currency amounts,
which is incorrect behaviour for an accounting system.
