openerp-cron-worker  got introduced into openerp-server.

When installing openerp-server through debian package this command can
not be found on the system.

Steps to reproduce:

Install openerp-server from a debian package: 
   dpkg -i openerp_6.1-latest-1_all.deb

Try to find openerp-cron-work on the system:

sudo find / -iname 'openerp-cron-worker'

Which show no results.

The spected behaviour should be the following:

1) Install openerp-cron-worker as a system command (as equal as openerp-
server)

I'm not sure if this is an expected behaviour, but would be a NICE to
HAVE.

2) Modify /etc/cron.d/ to automatically program openerp-cron-worker
every minute
