Currently in mail module problem with access right 
at line 6 of  access_mail_followers_all,mail.followers.all,model_mail_followers,,0,0,0,0 
there is need to assign a group as well as read rights.

  mail.followers access error on all documents

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  For all others users except Superuser, an access error is prompted
  showing mail.followers on all documents such as invoice printing,
  delivery order processing etc. No access rule is created for object
  mail.followers.
