Maybe launching a wizard when user choose the payment method to indicate
partner to invoice could be a good idea.

I've just ridden this http://www.openerp.com/forum/topic22315.html. It describe a way to launch a wizard by a python method.
If we overload the method add_payment (from point_of_sale.py file), we could do this easily.

I've just tried. I managed to overload this method, but my wizard isn't
launching.
