If I have a UOM = Case of 6, with ratio 6.0 over PCE

6 x 1 PCE = Case of 6.

After a year of use in OpenERP, a user can go to the UOM and change

Ratio = 10

10 x 1 PCE = Case of 6.

  UOM Configuration should be readonly after stock movement

Bug description:
  UOM directly affects stock value, stock history, manufacturing orders,
  etc.

  I am allowed to run a business for 6 months on a given configuration.
  I could at any time, navigate to UOM and change its rounding
  precision, category, etc. Changing any of these factors has a
  detrimental affect on stock.

  IMHO, you should prompt the user with a warning, indicating they will
  damage stock by changing any setting after stock movement has
  occurred. This function should be locked to administrator access only.
  Perhaps also an approval process button.
