[Bug 1106979] [NEW] [7.0] With project_long_term, error when planning inter-project phases

Public bug reported:

With OpenERP v7.0.

1) Install module project_long_term.
2) Go to "Project / Project / Project".
3) Create new project called "Pr001" with "Phases" checkbox clicked. In the "Team" tab, click "Add" and select any Project Member.
4) Create new project called "Pr002" with "Phases" checkbox clicked. In the "Team" tab, click "Add" and select any Project Member.
5) Go to "Project / Project / Project Phases".
6) Create a new project phase called "Ph001 Pr001". Select project "Pr001" for the project.
7) Create a new project phase called "Ph001 Pr002". Select project "Pr002" for the project.
8) Continue editing "Ph001 Pr002", go to "Constrains" tab, on "Previous Phases" click "Add". Select the phase "Ph001 Pr001".
9) Click on "Schedule Phases".
10) In "Action", select "Compute a Single Project" and in "Project" select "Pr002".
11) An unhandled exception occur.

I think that a possible solution would be that only phases in the same
project can be chosen for "Previous Phases" projects.

** Affects: openobject-addons
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
