[Bug 1107005] [NEW] [7.0] With project_long_term, error when planning inter-project tasks

Public bug reported:

With OpenERP v7.0.

1) Install module project_long_term.
2) Go to "Project / Project / Project".
3) Create new project called "Pr001". In the "Team" tab, click "Add" and select any Project Member.
4) Create new project called "Pr002". In the "Team" tab, click "Add" and select any Project Member.
5) Go to "Project / Project / Tasks".
6) Create a new task called "Tsk001 Pr001". Select project "Pr001" for the project.
7) Create a new task called "Tsk001 Pr002". Select project "Pr002" for the project.
8) Continue editing "Tsk001 Pr002", go to "Delegation" tab, on "Parent Tasks" click "Add". Select the task "Tsk001 Pr001".
9) Click on "Project / Scheduling / Schedule Tasks" menu item.
10) In "Project" select "Pr002".
11) An unhandled exception occur.

I think that a possible solution would be that only tasks in the same
project can be chosen for "Parent Tasks".

** Affects: openobject-addons
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
