In OpenERP 7.0.

1) Install the module project_long_term.
2) Go to "Project / Project / Projects", create one and there is the possibility to follow this project.
3) Go to "Project / Project / Tasks", create one and there is the possibility to follow this task.
4) Go to "Project / Project / Tasks", create one and you cannot follow a Project Phase. This is inconsistent with the behaviour of the related objects (Project and Task).

This can be solve by incorporating the same follow-up mechanism of
Project in Project Phases
