[Bug 1236816] [NEW] 7.0: inventory on location with chained location generates chained move

Public bug reported:

Steps to reproduce:

on runbot, configure your user with technical features, and manage
multiple stock locations and warehouses.

Edit the location "Physical Locations / Your Company / Stock" to
configure a chained location

* chained location type: Fixed location
* destination location: Physical Locations / Your Company / Output
* chaining type: automatic no step added

Open the USB Adapter product, and update the inventory to 10 units in
Physical Locations / Your Company / Stock

In Warehouse -> Traceability -> stock moves, display the stock moves
for USB Adapter

Expected:

One move on 10 units from Inventory Loss to Stock

Actual:

One move of 10 units from Inventory Loss to Output

The chaining should not operate on inventory moves. In the above
example, "automatic no step added" type is used, but the problem also
occurs with manual chaining in which case an additional move in created
and confirmed, which creates a mess in the warehouse when a periodical
inventory is performed.

** Affects: openobject-addons
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
