Public bug reported:

Go on a runbot db_all in v7 or saas 4

1. Install french language
2. Change setting of language in order to select: Date Format : %d %B %Y
3. Add that language to demo user
4. Connect with Demo  user
5. Try to create and save a Sale order, you'll get an error with that date (screenshot)
