Deixo aqui esta nota, para evitarem este erro quando tenteram publicar  
no Launchpad traduções feitas em off.

Eu peguei no ficheiro .po que vem na instalação do servidor, traduzei  
e enviei, mas foi recusado. Deveria ter começado por descarregar um  
ficheiro do Launchapd.

As 'tags' a que se refere a mensagem de erro são duas linhas no  
cabeçalho do ficheiro, que é gerado no Launchpad. Eu copiei estas duas  
linhas para o meu ficheiro que assim já foi aceite.
"X-Launchpad-Export-Date: 2009-02-28 01:00+0000\n"
"X-Generator: Launchpad (build Unknown)\n"

Hello Paulino,

On 2009-02-27 19:24+0000 (20 minutes ago), you uploaded a file with
Portuguese (pt) translations for document in OpenObject Addons trunk in
Launchpad.

We were unable to import it because either this file did not originate
in Launchpad, or you removed the tag we use to mark files exported from
Launchpad.

The reason we require that tag is to prevent translators who work
offline from inadvertently reverting translations made by others.

To fix the problem, please get the latest export from Launchpad, apply
your changes and upload the merged file.
