According to your feedback, you can ping from workstation to GW via the 
emulated satellite network (within the 192.168.30.0/24 network) and from 
WS to SAT via the 192.168.18.0/24 network so the client works well on 
the platform but it should be seen on manager through the eth1 interface.
Did you correctly installed opensand on the workstation with correct 
service interface configuration (eth1) ? Is the daemon correctly running 
(the process is sand-daemon) ?
