OpenShot version: 1.4.0
melt version: MLT melt 0.7.7 (Copyright (C) 2002-2011 Ushodaya Enterprises Limited)

At least here on my system with German locale OpenShot couldn't find
openshot-doc, although its a dependency and OpenShot can't get installed
without installing openshot-doc, too. I installed it from the official
repository using Synaptic.

- /usr/share/gnome/help/openshot/de/openshot.xml is present
- /usr/share/omf/openshot/openshot-de.omf is present
