[Bug 1174173] [NEW] Unable to export video if $HOME/Desktop does not exist

Public bug reported:

On Ubuntu 13.04.

When trying to export a video, OpenShot always tries to export in $HOME/Desktop (whatever the user's language is).

When this directory exists, the video is correctly exported in it, even
if we asked to export in another directory.

When it doesn't exist, an error message is displayed (here in french) :
« Vous n'avez pas l'autorisation d'écrire dans ce dossier, merci de
choisir un autre emplacement. » (approx. "you don't have authorization
to write in this folder, please choose another place.").

This bug may be related to

duplicate).
