Public bug reported:

Website says that Openshot works on Ubuntu 9.04 and 9.10, but the
download page only offers 9.04 (which is what I have installed for x64).

I was excited to hear about the new Rotate effect, but sadly it doesn't
work. It looks like it is drag-able, but it just disappears when dropped
on a track.

Since there is not documentation (can't find the openshot-deb) I don't
know if I am doing something wrong.
