I would hate to clutter up the code base, just to support the older
GTK for a small amount of our users.  So, if we support GTK 2.16, will
we lose support for Ubuntu 8.04 and 8.10, but we will support 9.04,
9.10, and of course any new versions.  Well, I guess it's a good thing
we released 1.0 before this change. =)

I will continue to review your branch using Ubuntu 9.04 and 9.10 and
see if I find any issues.

I finally manage to convert openshot to gtkbuilder, libglade is no more required at all :D
